Ok I want to uninstall AVG but I keep on getting this system error from windows:

The Win16 Subsystem was unable to enter Protected Mode, DOS.EXE must be in your AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your PATH.

I have no idea what to do and microsoft.com is of no help at all.

    *Bump*

This problem is annoying. Because of this I can't uninstall or even install a new copy of AVG.

Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

Norton Cleansweep has got a "Uninstall wizard" this should remove everything associated with the rogue program
