i downloaded B Bear but when it runs in w media i get no sound or pic yet other films are ok can you help. but the file is there its large

Sounds like you have a fake file.

All 3 answers above may be right - download Videolan and the KLite Codec Pack. Try it through both and if it doesn't work then it's probably a fake. Did you preview while downloading?
