Personally I use DWmx/PS8cs/FWmx, but you may want to give XARA Webstyle a go, excellent for beginners and experienced designers/developers. You'll find it on Suprnova no probs.

i got DW MX 2004 and Flash MX 2004 both in spanish, much more understandable 4 me
