Easy Video Joiner is prolley the most n00b friendly proggy ever, it has input files and output...simple....but if ur doin some serious vid joinin, then virtualdub is ur proggy

if your encodeing it for vcd/svcd/kvcd etc
its best to encode them all then join mpeg, you can use tmpgenc for this
