I'm Using Version 2.6

i just found this meesage board and read a sticky thread that said version 2.4.4 is the best right now. should i download version 2.4.4 and use it instead? i'm having problems watching some video files on 2.6 right now anyways.

You've probably got the answers about viewing in your other thread. Different people will tell you diffrent things as everyone has different tastes, but you can always try it and if you don't like it go back.

If you use normal Kazaa (yellow, from kazaa.com) 2.6, you might not be able
to fully connect to the rest of fasttrack as Sharman changed the source code of 2.6
as far as I know.

If you want to fully enjoy to fasttrack you should use k++ 2.4.3 (2.4.2 or 2.1.0).

yeah, that's what i'm running now. but i've read that 2.4.4 is better.

edit: the icons on my desktop say 'lite++2.6' and 'Clean KMD'
is this not the best version to run? i thought it was the most updated.

btw- i don't have a high speed internet connection if it makes any difference

Soundscape, Internet.News is suggesting you use 2.4.3 or ealier as these are the 2.4.3 was the last official build. Personally, I changed from 2.4.3 to Cleam KMD 2.4.4 and there are only subtle changes (which is fine with me).
