and 28 days had great potential but I though it ended poorly, was the alt ending any better than the original
Always wondered about the other ending in 28 days later. I think at one time the alternate 5 minute ending was posted up at Suprnova.org. I definitely would like to see it.
Damn, I'd like to see the alternate 28 Days Later ending. I don't think its bad considering it wasn't a Hollywood, big budget bonanza.
EDIT: Hey, theres a DVD rip with the Alt ending on Suprnova right now!

EDIT2: Nevermind what I posted up there, its wrong.
There are supposedly 3 Alt endings included on the DVD. Heres what happens:
SPOILERS
One has Jim die (after getting shot by Serena), they take him to hospital and try and save him. It ends as they pick up their guns and leave the hospital.
One has Jim die and ends as they get rescued with the jet flying overhead.
And one is only in storyboard, with the director reading the parts....
It avoids the military outpost all together, instead they head to a hospital and cure her father by doing a blood transfusion, unfortunately killing Jim.
