Tmpgenc Problems

Im Having TMPGEnc problems. When I Try To Add An .Avi File an error comes Up Saying C:\My shared Folder\Naruto-16.avi Can not open, or unsupported. The same Is Happening With All My avi Files What Can I do to fix it. Any Help Would be Much Appreciated. Thanks.

How are you adding them File -Append Avi Segment ?

I tried to reinstall It THe same Problem Came up again. also I added the file through the wizard.

in order for tmpgenc to work you need the correct codecs, grab the klite codec pack here.
and you might need to configure your vafpi settings
(don't worry about setting you don't have, just the ones you do have )
