I've tried all the suggestions. No luck!
The file is garbage! The first few minutes play fine, but after that its crap.
The file must be corrupt! I give up!

U could try converting the file to mpeg with TMPGEnc.

it should fix the problem if not then u should try downloading a nother 1 (not the same 1 again)
