i have downloaded a kvcd movie file how do i burn this straight to a cd without having any problems

Use Nero, common used burning software. Depending on the movie file and if it has a cue file use that to burn. If it does not and is in mpeg format, choose the standard video cd and uncheck the 'make standard compliant cd' feature (something like that) and burn preferrably at a low speed 8x - 12x.

No not something like that u turn of standard compliance, when u load up the file it will tell u it is not standard then just click turn off standard compliance or just untick the button on the first page.
