I was just wondering,

Are you afraid of more terrorist attacks?
Do you find yourself being suspicious to "foreigners"?
Have you taken precautions in the case of on an attack?
Does this affect your choices in business investments?

I am presently living in the isolated region of northern Scandinavia-which i doubt is of interest to anyone hence feel unaffected other than the security at the airport is still somewhat edgy, and the american embassy is surrounded by bunkers which block the entire street - but doubt it will ever come to harm. As for fear of foreigners - im actually more skeptical to the locals.
In a poll conducted last week, 28 percent said they felt less safe than two years ago, 48 percent said they were neither safer nor less safe, and 24 percent said they felt more safe. SOURCE
72% polled think another attack "very likely" or "somewhat likely"
28% polled fear car or suicide bombs
49% polled against US military action in Iraq
Results from NY Daily News poll of 503 people, error margin +/- 4.5%

i don't feel the slightest bit scared of terrorists
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
With your mind power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.

I'm slightly suspicious because I do work in Washington DC and Virginia.

I go to
the Treasury Building beside the White House
The FBI headquarters and field offices
All DC Government buildings
and Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman among others

so I have to work at terrorist "targets"

The good thing is most Americans go about their life pretty hunky-dory.
We keep our eyes open but we are not going to quarantine oureslves.

your real name wouldn't be ....George....would it ?????

it’s an election with no Democrats, in one of the whitest states in the union, where rich candidates pay $35 for your votes. Or, as Republicans call it, their vision for the future.

It would be quite a journey for it to make.

How far does it normally get.

Yeah I'm ALWAYS going through metal detectors.
I used to have unescorted access at the State Department but now I have some poor schlub following me around.

It's really not that scary though.
The guards are more scary than a potential terrorist.
The only place I can't do work in is the The White House. They have their own people.
