How The You Change The Voice On Aol

You know...that damn voice that says " you've got mail".Im getting tired of that dude.

Don't think you can, it's built into the program's script to play that file. But hey if you find out, i'd like to know too

1. find an alternative file
2. go into aol directory and replace file

I have a friend who can change it to his own voice and put in whatever he says instead of the original voice. You just have to change the file it uses to tell you that you have a message/email

Yea you should be able to change it. I used to have AOL and there we're about 8 different people to choose from (things like Daffy Duck and Barry White). I think I did it by one of the options in the window which you connect (they may be help files explaining how to do it).
