Best Way To Convert Wma To Mp3

i need some help converting wma to mp3 i got dbpower music converter.

But is there a special way to do it.

i am thinking of converting the wma files to wav first and then to mp3 is that better than directly converting to mp3.

Generally speaking, it depends how much the wma
was ripped in the first place.
If its bad quality and you Rip it again to mp3,
that would make it even more sucky, no?

Even more generally speaking,
i dont collect .wma files, i dont like 'em.
