    Ok it's blowing a force 8 gale here and I have to go up on a roof..........I hate heights And am nervous so wondering if it's a good idea to have a couple of drinks to calm my nerves?

    Or do you think it will make me worse?

    worse. even a few drinks will have some effect on your balance and co-ordination. Just bite the bullet and get up there, don't do a Rod Hull though.

    Ok........I'm gonna have one..........then do it
