Thread: Chassis Fan

  1. #1
Hello, I was just in my hardware doctor program and it said my Chasis fan was turned off, how would i go about turning it back on?
and when i look in the side window of my case, all the fans do seem to be on...

EDIT also are these temps alright, or should i make some adjustments?

is it plugged into the mobo header for the case fan, or is it plugged into the molex connectors, or it may just siply nto have a rpm sensor.

I have 2 case fans, one on the side and one on the back, which is the one I think they are talking about. The one on the back is connected directly into the motherboard into the case fan header.
And i know it does have an RPM sensor, as it was on before

aw rite, maybe the sensor has just given up, or lose wiring or something.

as long as the fan is running probably nothing to worry about, infact even if it wasnt running, still nothing to worry about as your temps are pretty low.

not to sure, but check your load temps by using folding at home, https://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=89648 run it for a while see what your temps go up to, i beleive u want to keep it under 50c at full load.
