Screeching Noises In Downloaded Songs

I have been experiencing this problem on and off over the last few months. Some of the audio files I have downloaded have horrible screeching noises throughout the song. I am pretty sure its not the files themselves as sometimes you can download them again and they are fine.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Do you know how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as its getting real annoying!!!

The files are being shared on purpose by companies like the RIAA.
By putting this files on the network they hope to achieve that people will stop sharing music since the files are screwed.It has nothing to do with your comp.
Just make sure you delete the screechy so at least you're not sharing them anymore.And look for another dl of the same song.Try looking at the verifieds in musicworld.Or go to this site:Up2dat
This site has a lot of verified downloads(music,movies,tv-shows,games,software,e-books,...) Really a good site to find good,clean files.
