His cpu temp probably went up by 0.5C while he was running it so he stopped the benchmark, and is currently trying to find the cause.

Yeah...how does ABU&#39;s ram do so much better then mine? He doesnt even have Daul channel I dont think...hmmm Hows that...and people beat my cpu by alot also....adams scores are increadible..hmmm

Yes, Abu does have dual channel DDR 400. It is part of the 865PE platform. Abu also has a Pentium 4 2.4C @ 2.6 GHz, which is only 400 MHz slower than my chip. Not to mention, when he implemented that 200 MHz overclock he also kicked up his memory subsystems and front side bus speeds a bit over stock, which should increase his Sandra scores substantially.

If I were you, I wouldn&#39;t lose any sleep over having lower Sandra scores in comparison to an Intel based system because the Sandra benchmark itself is optimized for Intel based systems. It is not a real world benchmark. That is one reason why I prefer the Aquamark3 benchmark--it is a "real world benchmark," as it is measuring system performance in a real world application, gaming in the DX7/DX8/DX9 modes.
