Player Restarts

the first 15 seconds of kill bill play then my player restarts.. i've tried playing it in wmp, divx player, and vlc player and i got those results.. i tried it in bsplayer and it said something "overlay fail" + "display hardware is not capable of color-space conversions. switching to RGB"

this isnt the first time i've dled a movie and it's only played a lil bit.. it's a 170mb file it really shouldnt stop right there.. any help would be appreciated.

FYI there are 2 rips out, one is easier to get then the other...
