Removing Files

Can anyone help? I got a friend who's daughter's computer was breached by a hacker (apparently ) and she found recources of hacking codes, thats what she told me. She tried to remove it but when she tries to remove them, they keep coming back. Is there a way to remove them permenantly?

By the way she said something like sysd 11

dont think its a resource hack code.. why would anyone place it on a girls pc ?
