I use FRAPS to capture videos from computer games. The recorded files are far too big ('couse they are uncompressed), so I need a software that converts and/or compresses the videos files to a smaller size.
What software should I use for that ?

TMPGEnc.
What you actually mean by uncompressed is that it isn't encoded with any of the "good" encoders (such as DivX or XviD)
