Trouble Installing Pinnacle Instant Copy 8

Ok,I d/l'd Instant copy 8 from somewhere and when I tried installing it,it said

Error 1311 Source file not found
D:\InstantCopy\InstantCopy1.cab.Verify that the file exists and that you can access it

Retry Cancel

So I thought it may have been a corrupt file,so I tried some more sources and they were the same.
I was so desperate that I went down to the local computer shop and actually BOUGHT it,and guess what?
I got the same....

Does anyone have any idea what this means and how I can get it installed cos its driving me mad and it cost me £30!!!!

ps.I dont think its the computer cos I tried it on 3 different machines.At least I hope it isnt anything to do with them?

have you called them, or visited their site for known issues?

Yeah,they said clean the registry and reinstall.Ive done that and its still the same.They dont seem to be much help.
