    can u beleive my upload speed it higher than my download speed

    try limiting it (the upload), go to file, then general upload setting

    is this one time or is it always like this.. torrents can be very slow.. thats why i dont use bittorent.

    if your behind a router you should forward ports that bittorent uses 6881 - 6889
