Can't Edit File

I've recently downloaded some music off of soulseek, and it had a really long file name:

309-slayer-jeff_hanneman_home_recordings_(early_version_of_south_of_heaven)-rns.mp3

I can't play it, rename it, edit tags... hell, I can't even delete it.

Any ideas?

There is a program out there called boot something (delete...)
which deletes specified files when you reboot
(sorry not very helpful )
