Get a cracked version though.

First go to ADD or REMOVE Programs, then ADD/REMOVE WINDOWS COMPONENTS.

It should display IE. Just deselect.

go to add/remove programs in the control panel and look on the left hand side, you will see four options, one of them is add/remove windows components.

I know Where It Is But If you Had Read My Original Post You Would Have seen That I Said That It is not In the Add/remove components. Thanks for The Help Though. Any more Suggestions would Be Appreciated.

maybe he doesnt have service pack one. that might be why he doesnt see add/remove windows components.

you dont have add/remove windows components ont he left in add/remove programs?
if not, you need service pack 1. you can get it on the microsoft website.
