    Well I dont Know What Happened But My Computer Is Slowing Down Ever Since I downloaded a Nero crack.Some Programs like K++ still Work Normally But Internet Explorer,control panel,search and A couple others Take 5 minutes to load and its really frustrating me. I checked for viruses and adware and I Even defragmented but Im still Getting The same problem. PLEASE HELP!! any help would be much apreciated.

    hit Ctrl+alt+del then go to "processes' tab, then click on Mem Usage , go all the way at the end of the list and post a picture of that window....

    I went To processes but I dont Know Where Mem Usage Is And How Do I Post A Picture. Sorry for The Trouble.

    You've probably got a virus. Never download cracks from p2p progs. Do you have an antivirus installed?

    Do an online scan.

    Do a google and download adaware and spybot search and destroy.

    Use System Restore to return your system to previous state (before the virus download)

    Ive Already Checked For Viruses And Ad ware And i Cant Find Any but i Did Download a Crack through The internet Maybe Thats The Problem. Also i tried System restore and Every Date I Tried It Said Your system Can not Be Restored To This Date. what Else Can I Do???

    press CTRL ALT DELETE to display the windows task manager. Click on PROCESSES and look under CPU and MEM USAGE to see whats taking up the most resources.

    Let us know the name of the file (under Image Name).

    if u installed and unistalled a lot of programs try deleting old registry keys
