You need to start worrying when the temp goes over 70.

I wouldn't let it get as high as 70C.

the cpu die will start to melt at 85C degrees for amd cpus so if ur temp get over 80 it's time to freak out and pull that plug off ur computer

but that'll never happen if u properly install heatsink and a fan on it.

okay, so 70-85 is the temp i have to worry about, what is recommended? 45-50? right now mine is only 39 CPU, 24 case

there is no "recommended" per se

really depends on ur room environment, if ur room is warm and has little ventilation then ur temps are gonna be high

if you put it next to an open windows it gonna be low

also depends on ur computer design, if ur computer has good air flow and at least 1 system fan at the back helping the psu to expel excess heat ur doing ok
