i was wondering if there is anyway to change the contact names on msn, it gets very annoying not knowing how who you are talking to

i have the latest version (6.1) so im not sure if this applys to all version but...

go to contacts>manage contacts>view contacts by>click email address.

but sometimes peoples emails are also confusing, another way i think is to use msnplus (search google) and you can name each contact whatever youd like.

Is there any way to take off Windows Messenger totally before installing messenger 6.1? windows messenger is ubilt into windows, but i'd like to take it off and replace it with 6.1, how would i do this??

you can search google for how to uninstall it but IMO its pointless, ull save like 3 mb. once you install msn 6 it will stop windows messenger from opeing with windows so you wont notice is at all.
