    I dont think so:
    About FairForShare.com
FairForShare is public music sharing via html, ftp and mp3 files. The artists have provided the songs contained within for free, non-commercial redistribution over the Internet. It is NOT a P2P Network, merely a method to let the Artist control which songs are shared.

The RIAA considers these songs and artists to be illegitimate.

They have no jurisdiction over this music.
You cannot be sued for downloading these songs.

    File sharing is NOT illegal.
"It's tough to compete with free." -- Mitch Bainwol, RIAA, Sept. 30, 2003
No, Mitch, it's impossible to compete with free and the fact is that free global promotional distribution is now available to any musician. It's called the Internet.

The recording industry was created to connect the artist and the consumer. In the process, we all learned that it cares for neither.

Which is why we don't need the industry any longer. The music breathes more freely without it.
So do the consumers. They are not thieves. They are our fans.
