    Do the dead have rights that extend beyond the grave; how many generations.

    When Is it legal to pick a song off the air in any form or fashion?

    I believe a song should carry a one year protection from copyright then it's any ones music? Do you agree. Or where should the line be drawn?

    when is it legal for one band to sing another bands songs in public? Then, is that reproduced song protected as well?

    Copyright laws were only to protect the inventors for a defined period of time.

    A fund should be started to defend the rights of file shareing. We may in the end half to accept some rules but that would be far greater than NO WIN WIN at all

    Length of copyright is in fact finite.

    You only have to look at something like Project Guttenburg to understand that.
