    On this motherboard:

    http://www.softwareandstuff.com/mb_4mdpt.html

It says that the AGP slot can only support 1.5V AGP card only. Does this mean i won't be able to get a decent graphics card on it.

I dont know what the standard voltage for an AGP slot it, but I will check mine next time I reboot.

That is probably the standard voltage for 4x cards, meaning you wont be able to run 8x cards at 8x speeds.

what exactly do you mean you cant get a decent graphic card on it....if you're mistaking the 1.5v for 1.5x(there isnt such a thing) its not. 1.5v sounds right....either that or 2.5....something like that.

Yeah, as far as I know games dont have the requirements of a 4x or so game. Usually the only requirements are so many MB's of Ram to run it, and Direct X software.

Oh btw, if you are looking into buying that board, I looked around abit and compared prices and specs, and you should take a look at this one Newegg has.

Looks nice, Under 60 bucks for a board with 800Mhz FSB, 8x AGP, and SATA :-)

1.5v is standard for all motherboards for agp slots. meaning an 8x card will run at 8x.

How much will it affect game play if it is only a 4 speed motherboard?

Depending on your graphics card (which I can't see mentioned), the difference in performance between 4x AGP and 8x AGP will be very small, perhaps even nothing. AGP 8x is only really needed on high end graphics cards or at high resolutions.
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
