Well you can change FILE icons in Folder Options-> File Types-> Advanced-> Change Icon. About My Computer, Recycle Bin, etc, it SHOULD be in Theme Options, but can't remember. Lemme look and I'll post again.

EDIT - Ok scratch that about my computer, recycle bin, etc.
Right click desktop-> Desktop-> Customize Desktop-> Change icon

Have fun..... oh by the way if anyone knows of a program for changing these automatically, let us know
