those r useful if u oc ur ram. meaning tweak ur ram timings and mess with the ram voltage. if u don't do these things, there's no point
Thats the main thing ther Clocker. Yeah, logically overclocking your ram makes more heat, and Spreaders disperse heat, so spreaders help overclocking, but there's no way to prove it, and nobody swears by heat spreaders.
