im thinkin of getting one for my ram,

are they any good, and im guessing copper should be better at dispersing the heat then aluminuim?

    The jury is still out,Livy.

People argue both sides well, but so far no one has come up with a way to prove either position.
Apparently, even extreme RAM cooling solutions have not resulted in any significant performance increases, so any benefit would be in the area of longevity.

That's true, and they probably don't hurt so the bling factor may be worth it...

those r useful if u oc ur ram. meaning tweak ur ram timings and mess with the ram voltage. if u don't do these things, there's no point

    Can you prove that, Abu?

I ordered the aluminium version of them yesterday, only £1.35 a pop - can you go wrong?

btw, the reason i bought alumininium is a thing of science!
Alumininium isnt as good of a coducter as copper, but it a better disperser

Either way, i know these aint gonna be awesome - they will provide "basic" cooling, but for the price you cant go wrong can you?
