To tell me what exactly inside my laptop?
I've just brought a new laptop from eBay and wanted to know what exactly is inside it.

DXdiag for most things.
and Device manger for everything else.

You guys are too soon to jump to downloading stuff to do stuff for u that WINDOWS actually does right for you in the first place.

You have a point John, but why doesn't Windows put ALL of the info in one place, available with one click like BelArc does?

Yes, but personally I prefer AIDA32. It is the most comprehensive tool for telling you everything about the components of your computer.

Any of those progs is more user(noob?)-friendly.

Specially since something can be messed up in the Device Manager, while there's no harm with AIDA32 or Belarc
