Avi Out Of Sync

I'm trying to burn Underworld but the avi goes out of sync 1/2 way through

how do I fix this? or to I have to convert 2 avi again properly?

I'm using Cladvd to rip and vituralmod 1.5 to convert to avi

bad frames from what?

Its not like I dled it. I ripped it myself, besides that program doesn't look
like it fixes out of sync movies.

like 'muchspl2' says when you have a bad frame(s) it causes the audio to jump out of sync.

any other suggestions?
