hey i am running xp pro and well i got a kodak mc3 and the software given wont let me upload mp3s onto the device using real jukebox and i was wondering of there is sumthing like real jukebox that would be able to transfer mp3s to a device

You might want to try musicmatch. try searching on kazaa or emule:
