Hacking Topic, Become An Admin

Hey heres the deal, on my laptop that belongs to the school, we cant right-click gain accessto the C drive, we cant go to the RUN thingy.

What i wanna know is that is there any kinda program that lets you hack xp and lets you becoame an admin or at least lets me right click





but i can go to the system32 folder and the windows folder
