    There is not thing as "the best supernode", its a case of trial, try KaZuperNodes by FTFakes and change yoyr supernodes by using that

Couldnt there be a way of a prog scanning through all the nodes, finding the best one by somehow est/guessimating the download rate, but then continue to scan so if another node becomes quicker, it will change to that?
    the nodes generally only effect the search rate

    I'm sure a tool with a "ping" rating could be made - maybe a suggestion for FTFakes?
