It cause of bastards with statements like that that it gets made in the first place. Violating childern of varies ages, for the thrill of some wanker, that gets off on it. Giving the person a 20minute thrill, and leaving the child scarred for the rest of its life.

I once wrote a hack for vBulletin which did the following to banned users, instead of banning them:

• There is a random 60-120 second delay every time they click a link.
• Every graphic on the board will be replaced with this:
• They don&#39;t have access to the search engine.
• They have a flood control time of 1 hour.
• Their post limit is 20 characters, inclusive of the title.
• They cannot post replies, only new threads.
• They have no avatar and signature.
• 75% of the time they get a 504 error.

If they don&#39;t get a 504:

• 50% of the time they&#39;ll get a blank page.
• 30% of the time they get forwarded to the forum index.
• 15% of the time they get a random PHP error message.
• 5% of the time they get the page they requested.

With everything above, their chance of getting the requested page will be 1.2%, and even then it will be a terrible experience. What really kills them is the time delay.
