The point is also well made that some mods are more active than others, indeed active in different places.

It is unsurprising that the mods seen most often in the lounge are likely to get voted for, when the poll is based there.

I have said this often, good moderation is one of the reasons for this being such a top board, the best in my opinion. It has always been so, long may it continue.

It is unfortunate that some people seem to enjoy baiting mods, as a form of sport.

Now where did I leave that steak sandwich, Lamsey have you seen it at all.

Good point in bringing out the team work in all of this. We sure are thankful to each one of them as we are to others. Just keep up the good work! (and dont ban the binary-its our mother tongue for God's sake)

Oh, how I disagree, ban the binary and anything like it.

I have had to report one post that was so offensive as to go way beyond the pale.

The fact that it was encoded was if anything worse.

Why should the mods have to decode posts in order to check them, I think not.

People using language that others find difficult to understand is appaling behaviour. I have no truck with it.

I understand, it gets really harder for the mods to see whats going on. But once in a while it should be ok. If excessive flaming goes on any member can report (like you did and I support that) and the mod can take it from there on. Although, it will be just some more work.
But why is it that I see more and more things are being banned on this forum? Anything in excess is never good but banning means not using it at all.

Anyhow, its not something I really care. It was more of a joke when i said it.

i would of voted for rat faced if bot wasnt there but bot gets my vote.
