Calpol is flavoured, syrup-ey, paracetamol - mums give it to kids to stop them whining about how ill they feel


back to the original question - you overdosed on painkillers basically, there&#39;s usually advice on the packaging (it should also say don&#39;t take more that the stated dose), something like consult your doctor

It&#39;s basically a form of paracetamol for babies and toddlers - a 18month toddler can have 2 spoon fulls so unless you&#39;re less than 3times the size and bodyweight of a 18mnth you are in the clear

The active ingrediant is paracetamol so you probably had the equivalent of 1
