Everytime I start my computer I get a "Error starting program" "Error loading dll" dialog box when I log on. It doesn't say what dll or for what program the only clue I have is the dialog box's icon is a K-Lite one.

Why not reinstall it, then. Or try a different one like KLR.
Norton's Windoctor can usually detect problems with DLL files, though.

If its k-lite v2.6 run khancer.exe not kazaa.exe
