Wolf's Rain Episode 28

I have been trying very hard for days now to download Wolf's Rain 28.
AnimeJunkies bittorent tracker doesn't have it anymore.
My commands don't work in their mIRC room.
and I can't connect to the few people that have it on KaZaA for the life of me!!
If anyone out there has this, then I will trade an entire series of your choice (26 episodes or less please) if you can get this one episode to me SUBTITLED IN ENGLISH!!! I have 17 complete series under 26 episodes to choose from. I can be contacted these ways:
