Thread: Burning To Cd

  1. #1
When I want to burn,say,20 tracks from my h/d to a CD,invariably one or two files don't transfer. So I have one or two "empty"tracks on my CD!
Does anyone know how to test tracks to ascertain whether they will burn or not??Such a test will save lots of aggravation and having to try again with other files, which may or may not work!!!
    Any help would be appreciated..
    Thanks,
    Cy

If you're talking music is it because you don't have space for 20 tracks on a CD?

I agree , make sure you have enough room on the cd first. this can be done in Nero or Easy CD by draggin and dropping, if you ain't got enough space the prog will tell ya.

In both prog there is a facility to test or test and burn.

    Thanks for your reply.guys.
No,it's not a question of "enough"space-that's not the problem...
    I have just "burned"(I thought)18 files,all shortish pop numbers.Tracks 2,5 and 16 are blank-the others are okay...
I use "CISRecordnowDX"Version 4.2 by Veritas-does this help you to help me further?
    Thank you for your courtesy.

Did you verify the tracks (listen to them) before burning?
