Program.exe

everytime i double click on a video to play it
it says a i need program.exe to run it and i searched for program.exe and i cant find it. now everytime i need to open the player and play the video that way. Can someone help me this hasnt happened b4

are you using windows. then you can go to folder option -> file types and edit the file type yourself. Also media player also have an option to assign a file type to itself.

right click the file you want to open go to properties, here you see "choose to open" hit that tab and pick the media player you want to use, hit apply, hit ok, and you are done
