Hmmm I'm sick of always opening DOS and finding C:\docs and settings\user

Is there a way to make a shortcut to go directly to c:\folder?

    Thanks

    Nevermind....

    "cmd /k cd c:\folder"

How about having "Open Command Prompt Here" on the right click menu when you click any folder.

Another way you can do it is if you make a shortcut to cmd.exe and then in the properties, go into the shortcut tab and then under "start in:" just put down the path to the folder and everytime you run the shortcut, it will be in that folder
