i mean were people let bittorrent open after finishing the download.
let me explain myself:

I have 64K but for some reason i get faster downloads if i have lot's of uploads.

the Problem:Not to many user's who share even after finishing downloading.

so that's why i'm looking 4 a quality torrent site,io apreciate any help
