    I've getting a 404 on your site and the forums but not sm_intall.php, this is quite strange.

    To run Invision Power Board you need PHP 4.06(+) and MySQL 3.22(+)

    Damn, I know nothing about Windows 2000 Terminal. Sorry.

    Perhaps you should try php.net or mysql.com, although their help is geared more towards Apache and *nix.

    Invision has the option to run on msSQL now too. I&#39;ve never gotten IPB to work on windows but they say it&#39;s possible.

    If you can&#39;t get it to work, take a look at webwiz forums. They run really good on ASP in windows 2000.

    I think it is easier to set up in Windows becuase you won&#39;t have to deal with file permissions, etc.

    And you can easliy install it on a Windows Machine, just install Apache, PHP, and WinMySQLAdmin and your set...
