OK, First I'm aware Im in the wrong place, but i can actually count on you guys to answer me

When I make a Video DVD by using nero 6 to put a downloaded movie onto a DVD it transcodes it before the burn. The problem is that when I tried to do this with Rocky IV (so I could play it on my DVD player) last night but it took 3 hours just to transcode!

Is there any way to speed it up? And if not, could someone suggest some other software which is quicker?

    Thanks guys (and girls)!

    Ricey

maybe if you got more ram, ust tmpgnec to encode and neo to burn to dvd.
