Windows Xp Keyboard Error

Someone on a celeb board I go to posted with this problem.Any ideas?TIA.

ANYBODY EVER SEEN T_IS _APPEN....?
MY WINDOWS XP MAC_INE AS 4 USERS DEFINED AND 3 WORK JUST FINE.
ONE _AS 6 KEYS NOT WORKING UNLESS T_E CAPS LOCK IS ON. EVEN T_E S_IFT
KEY DOES NOT WORK FOR T_OSE KEYS. ONE KEY DOES NOT WORK EVEN WIT_ T_E
CAPS LOCK ON. GUESS W_IC_ ONE. I _AVE SUBSTITUTED "_" FOR IT.
ANY IDEAS??????????

THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET AN "H" IS BY HOLDING THE {ALT} AND TAPPING "72".
LIFE IS NOW A DRAG.......................
USING HIGH LEVEL ASKI'S TO GET THE LOWERCASE "y,u,h,j,n,m" IS WORSE YET.
ALL I CAN SAY IS HELP!!!!

Maybe remap the keys for that user account. But remapping generally remaps for the computer and not user account. Umm, whats the Encoding for that user account?
