what format is it to burn to a disc (vcd, Svcd) and if its not one of those how can i convert it to vcd or svcd?

XviD cannot be directly burnt as a Svcd/vcd so it would need converting.
It can be quite an indepth thing to discuss how to do it, so I'm not copping out when I say goto http://www.dvdrhelp.com/ and have a look about on there.
